Welcome to Beiti! By accessing or placing an order through our website (beiti.org), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General
Beiti provides freshly prepared, home-cooked meals through independent chefs. By purchasing from our platform, you acknowledge that each meal is made to order and may vary slightly in presentation or taste.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed and paid for through our website. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without prior notice.

3. Delivery
We aim to deliver your meals on time and in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary depending on location, chef availability, and order volume. If there’s a delay or issue with your order, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because all meals are prepared fresh, cancellations are only accepted before the chef begins cooking. Once preparation starts, the order cannot be canceled.
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll review the case for a replacement or refund.

5. Use of Platform
You agree not to misuse our website or engage in fraudulent activity. Beiti reserves the right to cancel any order or suspend access if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your data to process orders, improve our service, and communicate important updates.
