At Beiti, all our meals are freshly prepared to order, so we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll review the issue. In cases where the product was incorrect, missing, or did not meet our quality standards, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
